Contact Bridge helps organizations collect contact information from attendees at pubic events and easily manage data.
For administrators, start by entering in your organizations location (only used as parameter in database storage) and a verification code if you have one. If you do not have a verification code, leave it empty and continue using the standard version.
After submitting your location and verification code, the app shows a data entry page where contact inputters can enter their names, phone numbers, emails, and addresses. Before a contact is saved, the information is checked for validity.
Every time a contact is submitted, a local copy is saved to the device. Administrators can access these contacts using their admin password. Here, they can access the full contact pool saved to the device, edit each contact, and export the contacts as a table (.csv file) via email.
For premium users, each contact is also sent via encrypted input query to a remote database. With this functionality, your data is backed up in the event of a lost, stolen, or damaged device. Also, if you have multiple verified devices, the saved contacts are merged together into a single table.
